1. Eligibility
This $100 gift card is available only to customers who purchase an Annual Pass or Lifetime Pass by Monday, Dec 1 at 11:59pm CT as part of the Cyber Monday promotion from Create & Escape™.

2. When You’ll Receive Your Gift Card
Your gift card will be issued after all payments for your pass have been made in full.

• Pay-in-full purchases: card issued after purchase is confirmed by Wed, Dec 3 after the Cyber Monday sale has ended

• Payment plans: card issued once the final payment processes successfully.

You’ll receive an email with instructions to access and redeem your gift card.

3. Restrictions
To keep this bonus fair and consistent, the following limitations apply:

• Cannot be applied toward current or future payments for the Annual Pass or Lifetime Pass purchased in this promotion.

• Cannot be used to reduce, discount, or modify payment plans or renewals for any pass.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be used retroactively on previous purchases.

4. Expiration
There is no expiration date. The balance remains available until fully used.

5. Non-Refundable
If your pass is canceled, refunded, or revoked for any reason, the gift card becomes void and will not be issued.

6. Transferability
You may gift your gift card to another person. Once transferred, it cannot be returned to the original purchaser.

7. Use of Gift Card

The gift card can be used for: retreat add-ons, future Create & Escape™ retreats, gifting to someone else (transferable). Gift cards function as a prepaid balance and may be applied to eligible Create & Escape™ checkouts until the full value has been redeemed.
