Presentation Requirements

We want every session to be engaging, hands-on, and actionable so attendees can immediately apply what they’ve learned.

Your presentation should guide participants through a creative experience, not just provide information.

Be Specific: Focus on one clear, hands-on activity that aligns with our retreat theme.

Avoid Broad Overviews: Instead of “How to use creativity for self-care,” try something like…

• “How to use movement to shift your mood in five minutes.”

• “How to create an intuitive art piece based on your emotions.”

• “How to use journaling prompts to process the end of a season.”

• “How to use sound and silence to boost creative flow.”

🚨Teach, Don’t Pitch: This is NOT a sales webinar. Your session should be experience-driven and instructional—helping attendees take action right away.

• Session Length: 45 minutes max. We encourage sessions that are short, focused, and immersive.

• Format Options:

• Pre-Recorded Video – Record your session at your convenience.

Guided Activity – Walk attendees through an interactive creative exercise.

Step-by-Step Tutorial – Show a process in real time that they can follow along with.

👉 Include a Clear & Concise Call to Action

Free Resource or Lead Magnet: You can share one freebie (workbook, guide, template, etc.) that helps attendees take the next step. This should be a natural extension of your session, not a sales pitch.

We will link to your free resource so attendees can connect with you after the retreat!

Call to Action: End with a simple next step that attendees can take based on what they learned.

Example:

Live Panel Discussions (Optional)

We will have live panel sessions as part of our retreat (hosted by Steph Blake) with a small group of other guests.

Each panel will be about 30-45 minutes long, and each person will answer a few guided questions related to the theme they're selected for.

👉 These panels will be offered exclusively to All Access Pass members and will feature real, honest conversations.

You don’t need a big platform, coaching background, or years of experience — just something meaningful to say.

This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow creatives, be seen as a thought leader, and contribute to a powerful, uplifting experience for our community.

Contributed Product Requirements

• The product must be a digital resource that is delivered immediately.

• The product must not be available for free on your website.

• The minimum price of the product must be $27 USD.

HOW IT WORKS FOR ATTENDEES

Attendees will sign for access to the event for free.

2️⃣

On the checkout page, they will be presented with an optional, one-time opportunity to purchase the All Access Pass for a discounted rate.

3️⃣

After the purchase is complete, they will immediately gain access to a portal that has all of the trainings.

4️⃣

Inside of the portal, they can pick and choose the resources they want & you will grow your email list!

All free attendees will have 24 hours to watch the trainings ONLY.

They will NOT get the All Access Pass resources.

If they purchase the All Access Pass, buyers will have unlimited time to watch & access the resources.

*If they choose NOT to purchase the All Access Pass at checkout, they will be given another chance to get it for a higher price inside their resource portal. Due to the digital nature of the events, refunds will NOT be available.

Hey, I'm Steph Blake! 👋

I'm a Business Consultant and Software CEO. I'm also a mom to 2 boys, wife, CEO & Amazon Prime addict.
